As a cum laude graduate of Shepherd University, Jamie
earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and
Business Administration (Management Concentration) and
was named Shepherd University's Outstanding Accounting
Graduate by the West Virginia Society of CPAs. Shortly after
graduation, he passed the CPA examination on his first
sitting, with one of the highest passing scores in the state.
Jamie spent several years at a regional public accounting
firm and realized that the only way he was going to feel
satisfied in public accounting was to have ownership in a
profitable practice - his own practice. Currently, the firm
provides professional accounting and audit services to clients
ranging from the smallest of sole proprietorships to some of
the largest businesses in the Eastern Panhandle.
As a part of maintaining his CPA license in the State of West
Virginia, Jamie required to participate in 120 hours of CPE
(continuing professional education) every three years.
Additional CPE is required by various auditing standards,
which serves to continuously improve his skills as an auditor.

Jamie is a member in good standing with the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the West Virginia
Society of Certified Public Accountants (WVSCPA). Jamie
currently serves as a board member with the Eastern
Panhandle Chapter of the WVSCPA is also a past president
of the Chapter. Jamie is also active in the community in
servicing as treasurer for the Literacy Volunteers of the
Eastern Panhandle.
Jamie has lived in the Eastern Panhandle all of his life and
currently resides in Bunker Hill, West Virginia with his wife,
Andrea, and two children, Jacob and Mikayla.
